United StatesI had to add insoles to them because the ones that came with it were not comfortable. Otherwise they're good. I like the zipper.

I ordered several pair. 2 were “King Welt” brand and the other 2 were “Hammer” the KW brand are great the Hammer not as much. Still nice but the insole is way better on the KW. If they’d all been KW it would have been 4.5-5 stars
