Worst shoes I have ever seen in my 54 YEARS ON THIS PLANET SMELLS LIKE THEY WERE SOAKED IN TOXIC MATERIALS...I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS POORLY BUILT PAIR OF BOOTS...COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME AND MY MONEY. GARBAGE...MY FEET SCREAMED AT ME TO GET THESE OFF AFTER SECONDS OF WEARING.....AND THE SMELL ...CANT KEEP THEM IN THE HOUSE..THEY ARE THAT BAD......

The boots were to tight and they did not have a wide size to send so I tried to get a refund I filled out the on line request and received no response from them I have been waiting a week for an email and it hasn’t showed up apparently I’m stuck with them lesson turned.
The most uncomfortable pair of boots I have ever worn. The left boot fits exactly as expected, but the right boot is noticeably larger and fits completely differently. It is loose, sloppy, and moves around on my foot while walking, making it feel like I’m wearing two different sizes of boots.
This isn’t a matter of the style simply not fitting my feet correctly. One boot fits and the other does not. For a pair of boots at this price point, I would expect much better quality control. Unfortunately, they are so uncomfortable and inconsistent in sizing that I cannot wear them and will be returning them.
They ripped in the inside after only 3 months. And i was told, too bad. In short words.

I got my boots and they was to small i done a return request on the 15th its the 20th and no response and i was going to return them and get a bigger size but not if this is how your going to handle business i dont know but i do like the boots just to small
We have been attempting to return these boots for weaks. We can not get assistance. My husband has been attempting and I have been attempting. We have given the order number repeatedly. We have called many times, the voice mail box is full. Please assist us. We don’t want to get stuck with 2 pair of boots he can not wear.

Worse place I have order safety boots from I try to exchange them and they said that I wasn’t able for an exchange i ask for my money back and they kept my money and the boots bad customer service
