Not the insole, the company. At this point I have requested a return multiple times through different communication methods over the span of 2 weeks still with no reply. Wouldn't recommend.
Pretty comfy. A little tall on the foot part and wish they had a completely soft toe option. But all in all i like them

Poor quality, they're 50 dollar boots @ best. I'd return them, if it wasn't such a hassle. At best I'll mow the yard with them. Don't waste your money. Brand new out of the box, already coming apart.
Boots came flawless. The steel toe does not bother me. Very comfy, good looking boot. My company approved of them and I can't wait to buy again next year! They seem a half size too large. But with heavy socks and my inserts they fit me well.

I have been unable to use the insoles yet. They are super nice. Thick, cushiony, appear durable. For my foot I have to break the boots in first. I tried them and was unable to zip up the boots.
They looked nice out of the box but are way too of a soft and thin leather on the front and tops to use for welding or even full time daily working in. More than that the safety to is way more narrow than a normal 13 and hurt my feet as soon as they were on. Gave it an hour around the house just to be fair and no way, these were just painful doing that. Then I realized I missed the short window they allow for returns. Very disappointing

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from King Welt.
I received my boots today, and they arrived with clear manufacturing defects. The sole is already separating, and there is visible glue and poor finishing right out of the box. This is unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer “high-quality craftsmanship.”
To make matters worse, the box arrived in terrible condition — crushed, worn, and poorly packaged — which raises serious concerns about their quality control and handling process. It honestly looked like I received a returned or previously handled item.
For a $164 purchase, this level of quality is completely unacceptable.
Their return process is also concerning, as they attempt to charge restocking fees even when the product is defective, which feels unfair and misleading.
I would not recommend this company. Buyers beware.
I’m not happy with the boot they have a defect on them the quality control did not do there job on the quality of the boot the leather is cut to deep and it looks like crap
Excellent quality and craftsmenship. Extremely pleased and love the large loop hole for ease of pulling them on!
