At first it was a little hard to slide on but I think cause of it being new but once i broke them joints in they are super comfortable and I really like them just might have to get another pair soon

My boots ran late due to a manufacturing issue. I emailed customer service and they said they would send a logo hat/gift cap with my order. I received the boots but no hat. see email below.

Got the boots on time. They looked very nice. Well built. I was most surprised at the break in period. There was none. Very comfortable boot right out of the box and water proof as stated. I love them!

These and brunt’s are the only 2 boots I can wear. Comfort right out the box. No breaking in necessary. I’ve had Ariats,Cody James,etc… these are superior to those.
I’ve been wearing these for a week and they are the most comfortable boots that I have worked in. I’m about to order a second pair so that I can a swap them out when it’s hot and sweaty. Order a size smaller. I ordered 8 1/2 which is too big. My next pair will be 8. Unfortunately I’ve worn them too much to ask for a smaller size. Very nice boots!!!!!

When i first opened the package boots looked very nice, picked them up seemed a little heavy, when i put them on they were light on the foot and comfortable. I have to get use to the zippers because when i tied my boots i always toed them tight, these are a little loose. Overall on the first day seem like a really nice boot.

Advertisements say these run true to size. We found that to be incorrect. They run at least a size too big, both too long and too wide. But they seem to be well-made. We have returned them requesting a replacement for a size smaller. I will update the review once the replacement is received. I am hoping that the return process goes smoothly. I gave these three stars for two reasons, the hassle factor of the replacement process and the fact that they were quite miss sized.
