Not happy no free returns I bought 2 pairs on did not fit right my wife went to send the one pair back and it cost$26.95 to ship back. Then today went to put on my new pair 4 th time to put them on and the back loop to pull on boot tore.
Boots did not fit and had trouble returning them.

Boots look great but run narrow,exchanging for a larger size to hopefully get a bit more space. If wides were an option I think I would have been in the clear.
I bought theses insoles as im on my feet all day as a carpenter and me feet are always sore. Had high hopes my feet wld feel great in these. Not the case now im getting different insoles

new to cowboy type boots , great boots and no need for special break in , very comfortable, just don’t know about fit, pretty sure i got right size, but square toe boot is little sloppy as far as fit
Easy ordering, the boots run true to size so no second guessing if they're going to fit or not. Were delivered in a timely manner. Everyone at my work site were like nice boots where did you get them?
Just got my pair, and gotta say great looking boots,haven't put them to the test as far as work yet but will be updating as soon as I do. They do feel broken in already so I have a feeling they're not going todisappoint.

This company is the worst I have ever in counter with a purchase of boot the quality of it boot are the worst you can imagine the leather quality is not at all the quality of leather you can imagine they send boot with defective leather material
Not the insole, the company. At this point I have requested a return multiple times through different communication methods over the span of 2 weeks still with no reply. Wouldn't recommend.
Pretty comfy. A little tall on the foot part and wish they had a completely soft toe option. But all in all i like them

Poor quality, they're 50 dollar boots @ best. I'd return them, if it wasn't such a hassle. At best I'll mow the yard with them. Don't waste your money. Brand new out of the box, already coming apart.
