• All items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

1. First Return:
   We cover the cost of the initial return and the shipping fee to send the boots back to us.

2. Subsequent Returns:
   For additional returns after the first, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Products:

• Processing Time: Domestic orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
• Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery within the US takes 2–6 business days.
