First Return:
We cover the cost of the initial return and the shipping fee to send the boots back to us.

Subsequent Returns:
For additional returns after the first, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Products:
