Return Guidelines:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All items must be unworn, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at kingweltservice@gmail.com to begin the process.
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

First Return:
We cover the cost of the initial return and the shipping fee to send the boots back to us. -
Subsequent Returns:
For additional returns after the first, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be in their original condition (unworn, with tags and packaging).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately at kingweltservice@gmail.com. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.
Cancel Order
To cancel an order placed on kingwelt.com, email us at kingweltservice@gmail.com on the same day the order is placed.
- Cancellation requests require authorization and may incur a handling fee of up to 20% of the order value.
- Approved cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section of your account.
Shipping
- Processing Time: Domestic orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery within the US takes 2–6 business days.
- A tracking number will be provided via email to track your shipment at any time.
