1. Initial Return:
We cover the cost of the first return and the reshipping of the boots back to us. You can initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Subsequent Returns:
If, for any reason, you need to make another return after the initial one, the return shipping expenses will be the responsibility of the customer.
Conditions for Returns:
- The boots must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all the original tags and packaging intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once we receive and inspect the returned boots, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
If you wish to exchange the boots for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a return and replacement at no additional cost to you.

Cancellations require authorization before finalizing the order and can be charged up to 20% of the value of the goods canceled by handling. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected in the "Order Status" section of "state" after they have been approved.
The processing time for domestic orders is 3 to 5 business days. After that, delivery time within the US is 2-6 days. Each order will include a tracking # to track your order at any time via email. We are not resposible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences.
